This project was for a private plot of five new 3- and 4-bedroom houses. Working to the developer’s basic specification guide, we designed and installed all the power, lighting, and data services to the properties.

We do occasionally get back to the simpler jobs in life - carrying out electrical installations for new build properties.
All electrical circuits were designed to maximise redundancy, safety, and efficiency without compromising on quality or finish. Occupancy sensors and LED lighting made these installations extremely efficient. High quality heating controls also meant maximum savings could be achieved from the underfloor heating systems installed.
To ensure we catered to any prospective buyer, we installed electric vehicle charge points; amenity lighting in private and communal areas; digital television capability; phone, satellite, broadband, and network points. Intruder alarms were also installed to each property.
All installation works were tested, certified, and completed on time and budget.
